Neptune township police officer Kyheem Davis hearing has been postponed until a later date and his status has been pre-empted.
Neptune, NJ – According to the Neptune township committee meeting held on March 2nd, Neptune police officer Kyheem Davis hearing has been postponed until a later date and his status has been pre-empted.

The Township Committee elected to postpone the discussion on a resolution that would have ultimately suspended officer Davis for 10 days without pay.
The Neptune Township committee devised a measure recommending Davis be terminated indefinitely for a history of speeding tickets. But Davis has claimed he’s being retaliated against for supporting two women with the department who claimed they were being sexually harassed.
Elena Gonzalez and Christine Savage, who Davis is suspecting of helping, both settled for $330,000 dollars each in 2014. They were both given promotions after the suit. Neptune Township claimed no wrong doings for those cases.
Davis’ attorney Marcia Mitolo, has put in a request for a postponement in the case because she could not attend the Neptune Township hearing on that particular evening.
According to app.com, Mitolo expressed that she “understands there’s some notice that they are recommending to adopt a 10-day suspension which obviously will be appealing as well,”
