Asbury Park Middle Ghana Session 7

On November 20, 2015 Oiada Int. held Ghana Project super session 7 through video conference between the students from Asbury Park Middle School and the students from Ghana.

Ghana Project Super Session 7

For this super session there were many topics. For instance, the session began with APMS students giving presentations on dragons versus dinosaur drawings, Charles Knight Apatosaurus versus Brontosaurus drawing, and a power point on “The Pyramids of Giza.”

Both the APMS students and students from Ghana got involved in a “q and a” on favorite colors and food. From there, the students from APMS gave the students from Ghana another power point presentation on the “Food of New Jersey” and “Favorite Burger Places”. After the food discussion, the conference focused on helping a village in Ghana get educational supplies. Both the APMS students and students from Ghana brainstormed on what they could use. For example, the donation of books, sports equipment, musical instruments, and technology supplies were brought up during the discussion. Once this discussion was over, the students from Ghana and the APMS students shared with each other what their favorite musical instruments were.

Besides musical instruments, both sides shared with each other what their school slogan was, how many days they go to school, and places in the world they would like to travel. This Ghana Project super session ended with a see you later.
