Red Bank Residents Enjoy National Night Out

It was national night out and Red Bank spared no expense to show its citizens that they care.

On a typical day, sergeant Errico Vescio may be using his radar gun to keep the citizens of Red Bank safe on the streets, but not tonight. Tonight he was using his radar gun to clock the speed of the balls thrown into the net of the booth he happily ran for the enjoyment of the kids.

Red Bank National Night Out

It was national night out and Red Bank’s National Night Out spared no expense to show its citizens that they care.

It wasn’t only the police, the EMT unit fire department and a host of local businesses were on hand to both entertain and inform the crowd.

City council candidate Cindy Burnham did a little politicking among the crowd and I believe she may have garnered a few votes.

National Night Out is a yearly event and most Monmouth County towns participate by having one event or another. If you missed this year keep an eye open as the events get better with each passing year.
