Shooting in Asbury Park, victim suffers minor injury

The APP.com reports a man was shot at the city border, making the shooting the fifth in the city since the year started.

The victim is believed to be 21 years old, was shot in the buttocks outside the Brother’s Fish and Chicken Deli and Grocery Store on the southwest corner’s of Bangs and Ridge avenues.

After shots rang out, the man crawled into the brick front deli. He was quickly taken to Jersey Shore Medical University in which police classify the injury as minor.
