Long Branch, NJ – Neighbors are troubled after hearing about a man robbed at gunpoint in front of his home.

Reports say that Long Branch police say two masked men robbed a resident as he was walking out of his car on Rockwell Avenue Monday evening.

A scuffle ensued that ended inside of the man’s apartment.

Police say about $300 and an iPhone were stolen. It is not believed that the victim was seriously hurt.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Long Branch Police Department at (732) 222-1000 as the investigation is ongoing.
