Amidst the recent publicized police shootings of Alton Sterling & Philando Castile, and the tragedy in Dallas, Neptune & Asbury Park, NJ residents unite alongside the police for a community prayer.

Community prayer

The community prayed for peace, unity, education, employment, and for the safety for children & all within the communities.

Various speakers from community leaders, Reverends, and police asked for peace, protection, and guidance especially for the youth of their local communities of Asbury Park, Neptune, and beyond.

The goal of the community prayer, despite the recent tragedies around us, was to unite as a community as we all know, it will take a village to make a change.
