Last year New Jersey rapper Joe Budden was involved in a domestic dispute with now ex-girlfriend Audely Robles. Budden turned himself in to police after being accused of stealing the 25-year-old bartender’s cell phone and an incident of domestic violence.

This Thursday Joe Budden was supposed to appear in court to answer to the charges and sources say he was a no show. As standard procedure when a person doesn’t show up for court without reason, the judge has issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
